Our story
NAAVoices was born out of lived experience, resilience, and a refusal to stay silent in the face of injustice. What began as survival writing has developed into a professional, survivor-led advocacy platform — driven not only by personal challenges but by witnessing systemic failures and the silencing of countless voices.
The journey was shaped by relentless victim-blaming, institutional betrayal, and the painful reality of navigating systems that too often prioritise reputations over protecting the vulnerable. From domestic abuse and post-separation abuse, to experiences with family court, schools, and policing, one truth became clear: survivors and families need a safe, validating space where their voices genuinely matter.
Through shared experience, professional insight, and rights-based advocacy, NAAVoices transforms silence into visibility.
“Survivors and families need a safe, validating space where their voices genuinely matter. NAAVoices exists because those spaces were too rare, and too often conditional.”Amy Royle, founder — NAAVoices.com About NAAVoices →

From troubled minds come the most empowered voices — because they have had to fight for every word.
